Project Discussion:

In this phase, the client submits the requirement to us and one of the team members analysis the complete requirement which is submitted by the client, Client can communicate via Skype, Zoom Meeting, On the call, or any other communication method.   

Once all requirements are done by the client and our team analysis the requirements and build a complete detailed Project Proposal for a client which describes all the modules and working phase including the Timeline and Project cost with the milestone and advance payment which is 20% of the total amount. 

We always believe to deliver the best and quality work to our clients and this takes that much analysis and planning to get done the project successfully. 

The client agrees to commit to starting the project after reviewing the proposal which is submitted by SELGATEK INFO SOLUTIONS PVT LTD. 

We only accept the payment once the client agrees to start the project and need to make the project confirmation amount as 20% of the total Project which is non – refundable if the project is canceled by the client. 

So, we believe that every effort should be made to reach a solution that is fully acceptable reciprocally in case of any situation where dissatisfaction related to services comes. Only when things are completely out of hand that refund should be considered apart from the project confirmation amount. 

Eligibility for refund

At Selgatek Info Solutions Pvt Limited, every project is important to us and we make sure that we handle each project with utmost care and professionalism. Our aim is to provide the results as per the terms and conditions of the proposal. However, despite every measure if the client is not satisfied with the results and chooses to go for the dispute resolution process, we consider refund requests as per the following program in which our services and refund policy related to each service are very clearly listed: 

Before starting any project clients agree on the different phase milestone of the work which is described in the proposal. We never ask a client for any payment without getting done the particular module apart from the Project confirmation payment which is 20%(Non – Refund) If the client approves the module and all the changes are done from our end then only we request to the client to release the milestone payment. If in any situation client made a payment and he/she is not satisfied with the work and module partial refund will be initiated after an analysis of the work which has been done. 

Project Decline: 

We only accept the project once only the client gives the confirmation, by transferring the project confirmation amount clients agree to start the project and which is non-refundable if the client declines the project.
